Excellent helpful and knowledgeable staff. Mr. Shafae went out of his way to assist my family with our estate planning. We had many questions, but Matthew answered everyone with care and patience. It’s nice to know there is someone to lean on, especially during a family crisis.

Very professional, always well prepared which make appointments go quickly and smoothly. Was very easy to video chat for unnecessary visits. Headquarters is clean and well kept. Felt very safe going into the office during Covid.

Matthew Shafae has been an excellent resource for me in the areas of trust and will, as well as questions on tax/gifting issues. While I don't write many reviews, I am delighted to write this review because when I needed help for a friend of mine when they experienced the loss of a spouse, attorney Shafae was so quick to respond and handled my request with such empathy and care that I got reminded that it’s the human side of these services that makes the difference. I contacted Shafae Law for estate planning advice and I could not have been more satisfied. Mr. Shafae was personable and professional, and I felt like he was truly listening to me so that he could give me helpful advice. You can tell that he knows what he's doing. I wasn't charged for the consultation, and their fees are very transparent and upfront. They only bill on a flat fee basis which puts my mind at ease. I never had to keep my eye on the clock to make sure the bill doesn't climb too high. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family alike.

Matt was quick to respond to my inquiry, responding within a couple of hours after my initial contact. He listened, was empathetic, and extremely detailed in his response. He patiently listened to follow up questions and even hung in there when I was having connection issues with the call. I found him to be easy to work with, intelligent, informative, and kind. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and would happily work with him again. No hesitation.
