I could not be more pleased with the level of service I received with this firm. They went out of their way to communicate with me and advise me through every step of my divorce.. I saw them Time after Time work to protect my interests throughout the process. If you have any need of a family law attorney, I would highly recommend these guys and could not be happier with how they represented me.

William is the guy that will make everything go away. I got into trouble ten years ago and it’s like it never happened, when I found myself in another pickle a few months back he was the first person I called and sure enough he took care of me then too. He’s calm when your not, and his knowledge really pulls you through. He’ll give it to you straight, and has great communication through the whole process. If you ever need legal help I’d start with Will.

I was referred to Provinziano and Associates through my employer. I was given the option to have a sit down or telephonic consultation regarding my case. I chose to have a telephonic interview with Mr. Alphonse Provinziano. I contacted his staff to schedule the telephonic interview. They were receptive and responsive to questions that I had regarding the interview. During the interview Mr. Alphonse Provinziano was compassionate and knowledgeable about my situation. He provided a detail vision for what his law firm could provide. Throughout my divorce he was available for any questions or court dates that I had. Also, his support staff (associates) were awesome during my case. They filled in the gap when paperwork or telephone calls was needed to be made. I was so impressed with his services, I recommended him to my co-worker. It's a great feeling when you can depend on a law firm for such a life changing event.

Even if I hadn't gotten the outcome in my favor (which I did), I can honestly say that Provinziano + Associates was the best decision I made in my 30month long custody case. I spoke to many attorneys in consultation but I knew when I first spoke to Maria David (came by referral) that she was "my person". She believed in my case and her strategy was on par with the firm's tag line of "aggressive representation". Unfortunately, I didn't get to work with her long term, she left for extended maternity leave but I stayed with the firm. Al, Ava, Andie, Ashot, and many other team members supported me day in and day out throughout the process. I feel the guidance I was given was fair, thoughtful and while we didn't always get the outcome we wanted in some of the smaller hearings, my son's father ultimately settled days before trial. COVID delayed us by a year and my son's father delayed us 2x by failing to pay for his half of the PPA and no showing to a deposition, hence why the 30 month term dragged out. This was one of the hardest experiences of my life but I felt like I had a team in my corner no matter what. If you are looking for "cheap", I promise you get what you pay for. I paid the equivalent of a mid level salary in legal fees alone and I don't regret a single dollar. Even if we hadn't won, I stand behind every word in this review because we fought the best fight we possibly could to protect my son's best interests with what was in our control (even when it often felt like the system was unsupportive to us). My son's father and I went from police exchanges to reasonable/ conversational ones and that is probably the biggest win of all.

The team at Provinziano & Associates is amazing. Everyone truly cared about the good outcome of my case, which was positive for me. I am incredibly grateful that Al and his phenomenal team were on my side. I would 100% recommend retaining them for any Family Court situation.
