Johanna was very helpful in negotiating my settlement and was pleasant and prompt when returning calls. Weigh your options, their are some good workers but they have more lazy ones. They also charge a supplemental fee for copies and other things that you can’t verify outside of the 33%.

I honestly wish I could leave 0 stars. Every time I called I was given the run around. Front office staff is very rude and never connect you to the working attorneys. I used this law firm because my old employer worked closely with them. Aside from all my encounters with Reanna Carrillo it was always horrible. Reanna was great always responded in a timely manner and always had updates and information. I was always told I would get a call back and weeks and weeks would go by before I would call again and get the same rude customer service. They tried to pressure me into leaving a review months ago and now i know why, because communication is few and far between with them and eventually just stops. Sharona herself is also very rude when she talks to you and has the attitude of she has better things to do. All in all i would recommend seeking council elsewhere with professional friendly attorneys. If they were all like Reanna it would’ve been better but 0/5 stars for me.
