Everything about this place is AMAZING! One thing I can say is they really care about you more than just a client here! I got into a really bad car accident years ago and they have made sure that I was well taken care of in every category! Even health wise! I was struggling with neck and back pain every day! And Sharona made recommendations of things that she knew helped with neck and back pain. She did not have to do that, but she went out of her way to even do extra research as BUSY as she is. That really meant so much to me. They always check in and make sure you are doing well. They follow up nicely. Honestly there is no better place! Everyone is so professional, nice, caring, and helpful. It really starts from the TOP! Sharona has done an amazing job building this staff and they truly feel like FAMILY! I got into this car accident in college so I was very scared in the beginning because I was so young and had never been through a process like this before. When I first went to the office to meet Sharona there was something calming about meeting her and her staff that I knew everything was going to be OKAY. I am so grateful to have found her and I will absolutely refer her and her staff to everyone I know that is in need of her services. Thank you so much for everything you have done! ❤️❤️❤️

The front office service was great, and the attorney that we went to interview, put us at ease

Very rude lady at the front desk, went to see if they could help me with my case and just because they could not. Instead of being polite and letting me know the lady yells at me and repeats herself over and over, dont work in that type of occupation if you dont have manners. And before you give me a rude response from the owner as I see they like to do in previous comments, I was no where near rude to this lady nor was I able to get much of word in, when she heard very little of my case she immediately started repeating herself in a high tone, going off about how " they dont handle cases involving that injury"....I couldn't even say thank you have a good day Haha she didnt know how to keep her rude mouth silent to listen. As well, your responses to peoples reviews about your work environment and professionalism have no connection to what the person said and you frankly very rude in your responses. I hope some people take this review and say " I will not be providing my services here". There are so many other helpful and kind law firms willing to help....Thank you
