I highly recommend The Law Offices of Sharona Eslamboly Hakim ! Surely five star service and professionalism. This law firm and the people who work there are quality. They get done what they said they can do and they have integrity in the way they work, their relationships with their local courts and how they treat their clients. I was very much satisfied!! I RATE THEM A FIVE STAR BECAUSE THEY WORKED HARD AND THEY EARNED IT!

I wish there was a "no star" review option. This is the worst law firm I have ever worked with.I am trying to close the case and forget about everything, but the attorney and her staff is keep extending the case and are not interested in closing the case. On top of that, they are telling me that If I try to close the case then I will have to pay all their expenses out of pocket. This is not a law firm but a bunch of scammers that try to steal money from you and from insurance companies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THIS LAW FIRM AT ALL!!

If I could give you zero stars I would! I just called your 1-800 number and some person with a snarky attitude answered the phone. She talked down to me when I asked her who I was talking to as they did not answer the phone in professional Matter stating the company name and her name. Which is a normal business practice. She kept saying “how can I help you” in rude tone and when I asked who I was speaking to she said “I just asked you six times how can I help you, you are handling this phone call quite poorly!!!” Can you imagine that someone would answer a phone like this! Then I proceeded to say I saw your website said you handled mold cases and she said “no we don’t” and hung up the phone on me! When I tried to call back my call got forwarded to a GM. Very bad business and treatment of people!!! I would never hire your company!

Over very nearly ten years of my very high conflict divorce, child support and child custody case I have been represented internationally by various attorneys from whom I have gained valuable advocation and decent to excellent legal representation. Some made themselves available to my constantly changing and evolving legal issues as needed but were less than necessarily aggressive or organized in the court room in the face of my adversary or our judge. Others were less than available in the midst of legal family emergencies, but ample in the realm of presentation on court days. Ben on the other hand has been both, he not only makes and takes the time that I feel my case deserves, presents a respectable case on my behalf, but enters the courtroom with the respect, experience and savvy required to make the necessary progress and bring the matters of my family legitimately before judges and comissioners for appropriate request for orders as well as refinements to already existing orders on all fronts. Mr. Kanani has an element of humanity by which he weighs the issues at hand of which at times have been highly emotionally charged topics for my family. Although he is capable of respecting delicate issues, he is also very careful not to allow the element of emotion to affect the outcome of the case and maintains firm boundaries and limits by which he encourages we, myself as well as my witnesses, approach my case for the best outcome possible. No basis is left uncovered on court days and I can depend on that my issues will be resolved with the integrity they deserve. I am beyond grateful to Mr. Kabani for helping my children and I achieve legal heights that used to seem nearly impossible. I would highly recommend this attorney for any family law issue.

On my way home from work, I was involved in a five-car collision on the 210 freeway. It turned out that the person who caused the collision was using his cell phone at the time of the accident. As a result of another driver’s carelessness, I found myself left with a damaged car and in a lot of pain. I needed an attorney to fight for my rights, as I felt I was a victim in the situation and knew that insurance companies have their own interests to protect. I am so relieved that I made the decision to hire Sharona Hakim. She consistently kept me in the loop and ended up getting me a settlement that I was very happy with. I’ve heard from friends and family that a lot of attorneys have a reputation of not communicating with their clients, but Sharona definitely does not fit into that category! Her office always kept me informed and I am forever grateful for this. Should anyone find themselves in the same situation, I urge you to seek Sharona’s services. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that her staff is always friendly and eager to take the time in speaking with you should you have any questions. Thank you Sharona and staff!!!

If I could give her 0 star I would. Idk how anyone can say she's good. She's the worst lawyer that anyone can hire. Very unprofessional when u point out something regarding ur case she starts screaming and fighting with u telling u that she's right and ur wrong. It took her 3 years to do a settlement on my case and the offer she got was 5 thousand dollars for me but she only wanted to give me 3 to 4 hundred because she said after two years her fees goes up which I wasn't even aware of. I think the reviews that people has given her are probably her own family members because shes really the worst lawyer that anyone can hire. Don't give ur case to her she is a rip off!!!

I highly recommend Ben, and here is why... After 6.5 years of putting my all into my marriage, I filed for divorce. My wife immediately hired an attorney, filed for & obtained a temporary Restraining Order by lying to the court, kept me from our daughter for 6 weeks, and led us down a destructive path. Out of necessity, I hastily hired an attorney. After 9 months of deliberations, I spent en exorbitant amount of money, was kept from my daughter, and ended up with no legal custody & very limited visitation. All of this occurred because my counterpart simply continued with unlimited accusations, she had a good attorney, and I hired a bad attorney. I did not know any of this could happen as I'd been a dedicated husband, work-from-home father. I assumed all would work out as I had good intentions and wanted the best for everyone. I quickly learned that this does not matter, within the court system, when the other party has different intentions. The attorney I hired did not bring up valuable information in the court, did not ask the needed questions during our many court appearances, and did not take into account my useful ideas. Because of this, the end result was quite unfortunate; A loving father, left with very limited visitation, no savings, living month-to-month, depressed, and one who lost faith in the court system. As the following year passed, my ex-wife pursued attempts to get me into additional trouble. Calling the police for no reason, informing our child's pre-school of her prior temporary restraining order, and taking any action to defame me. I simply wanted to be left alone and wanted a reasonable custody schedule. After this 2nd year of threats, police phone calls, and defamatory actions, I finally fired my old attorney and found Ben. Within a few months I was back in court, Ben was concise in his presentation of facts, maintained a calm and direct manner, and ended this madness. The judge warned my ex-wife that she would loose majority custody if she did not discontinue her actions. As of today I have my daughter just shy of half the week (as it should be), I am no longer harassed, and I am living a happy life. All of which is because of Benjamin Kanani. I am so very thankful I found him.

After 2 longs years fighting to find where my kids were and finally started the custody battle, I hired my first attorney who wasn't replying to my emails, phone calls, and wasn’t giving me updates. My case was just static until with God’s help, I finally find Ben to be a down to earth individual, as well as an excellent attorney extremely knowledgeable on custody actions. After meeting with him for a consultation, I knew that this was the law firm for me. Ben handled an extremely difficult case and enabled me and my children to return to a normal, happy life. Ben was absolutely amazing during such a difficult time. Very attentive to my needs and fought for me every step of the way. They were professional, yet caring and understanding the entire process. They were prompt in their replies, organized and kept me informed during my entire case. I was amazed when I called Ben on Sunday, and he picked up the phone and gave me guidance. Ben was more than just an attorney for me, he was a friend and brother. They are the only attorneys you need to consider. Again, I say...AMAZING!

Benjamin is a great and professional attorney. He always took the time to answer all my questions and concerns... even if it meant keeping him on the phone for a long time on his busy schedule. He took care of my custody case which was a bit complicated given that my child's father lives overseas and many issues to be covered arise with such case. He always walked into court very confident which was a huge plus for me and his overall demeanor would put me at ease. There are a couple of things which I was not happy 100% with the ruling of my case, but most were dependent on the judge we were assigned; Issues in which Benjamin indeed tried his best by presenting good facts and arguments to the court. Overall, if you want an honest, professional, and good attorney, then I definitely recommend Ben.
