I am so grateful I found Alex Tofer and his team. My case has been extra challenging because I was involved in a multi-car collision involving multiple claims of personal and property damage from others involved. The insurer of the person at fault has also not been great at communicating so my case team has put in a lot of hours of hard work for multiple months into my case. After the accident I had horrible neck pain that was affecting every aspect of my life and mental health. Alex’s team did everything in their power to help me heal. When the chiropractor visits hit a plateau in decreasing my pain, they kept looking for other options. I felt uncomfortable with the risks that come with traditional pain injections so they found a laser epidural treatment for me and after just a few treatments I was pain free and have remained pain free since then! I’m forever grateful to this team for this tremendous relief from pain. Being in a car accident and all the issues that come with it is so stressful and traumatic, but accidents are inevitable.
