Liran is my go-to attorney that is always one call away! We have used Liran for estate planning, tax planning, and asset protection. He is attentive, hard-working, and knowledgeable. If it has to do with taxes or estate planning – there is no reason to look further.

It was absolutely a pleasure working with Mr. Gary Appleby and I highly recommend Mr. Appleby for your litigation needs. In August 2020 my car was hit by an uninsured Prius that totaled my Honda. Since I drove an older Honda and the other driver was uninsured, I didn’t think I would get much for the accident, but Mr. Appleby took care of everything and got me the best care for my injuries as well as negotiated an amazing settlement from my insurance company. The service and attention Gary gave my case exceeded my expectations. Mr. Appleby demonstrated professionalism and personal attention to all details and explained everything in the process making what normally would be stressful situation; a very easy experience. Estate planning wasn't on my mind until I was drinking beers and talking with my fellow apprentices about life in general. One guy said he was busy taking care of his biz - moving into a new house and finishing up on will. Having a will was a good idea since we worked with live electricity (120/240v ~ 4,800V) every day for living. He recommended me to google search lawyers close to my home to save hassle. I got a binder with my estate planning portfolio, my family will be taken care of, and will not have to deal with the state/government when it comes to receiving what is righteously theirs, as stated in my estate planning.

An amazing Landlord Tenant Lawyer! I hired Liran during the year of COVID. I already had a lot on my plate & then awful landlords to top it off. I was tired & hesitant to jump into, what I felt would be, another chaotic situation. However, it never felt that way with Liran. Once I hired him, everything was structured, clearly laid out & explained. Every time I felt uncomfortable he was there to answer any questions, concerns, frustrations, etc. that came up. He always gave well-guided advice on how to adjust/handle all situations that occurred. We will forever be incredibly grateful for Liran's prompt and immediate professional attention to our serious issue this past year of needing to remove hostile tenants who were not only "squatting" in our one and only rental property (which we were intending to move into after retirement in July) during the COVID eviction moratorium, but were also becoming a neighborhood problem as well. We had spoken to several attorneys before finding Liran, but none of them were of any help to us at all. Liran, however, was not only exceptionally knowledgeable, insightful, and thorough, but attentive, caring, and very easy to talk to as well.
