I should have written this months ago. The Rise Law Firm has been a tremendous help to me during one of the most difficult situations I have ever encountered, and it is to them that I owe my current success. When I first reached out to them, I was lost and hurt. I had been fired from an organization that had my heart and to whom I had dedicated my passion. I recently contacted Rise Law Firm for some employment and they were amazing. I don't often write online reviews, but their professionalism and responsiveness were absolutely fantastic. I came to find out a few months ago that I had not been compensating my staff properly for mandatory staff meetings. This had been going on for about 5 years. Concerned about how to handle this oversight properly, I needed an experienced employment lawyer to advise me. The employment attorneys at Rise were great. They helped me understand the scope of my problem and liability, and drafted a memorandum to my staff to explain the policy. They worked with me to determine how to properly compensate my loyal employees for time worked and crafted language in the memo to minimize any vulnerability to litigation in the future.
