It’s always a problem when you need the help of a law firm lik Pershing Square. You are faced with a government agency placing you in a no win situation, when faced with dealing with the situation you need sound advice and someone who not only understands the law, but understands your situation and the perils you face. I absolutely understand it’s a hardship to afford the help you need here, but it is also absolutely necessary. My case took 10 months, involved a loss and a win upon appeal. I highly recommend Pershing Square Law Firm. I contacted this firm after receiving notice that the EDD had reversed its original approval of my unemployment claim. Because the dollar amount EDD was reversing was quite substantial and due to the several complicating issues involved, it was apparent that I needed legal advice. My lawyer, Charlie, worked with me to gather the facts of the case and assisted me in preparation for the Hearing. Approximately one week after the Hearing, I received the welcomed news that the judge had reversed the charges against me and further that I did not owe the EDD any money.
