I was involved in a major car accident November of 2022 when a negligent driver speeding on the freeway rammed into me and the car in front of me causing my car to be totaled. The case was settled July of 2023 and I am beyond pleased to say the least at how quickly they settled my case along with the settlement amount. I was first referred to Nazely and Nathan by a friend of mine then Merced took over as case manager as the ball got started rolling. Throughout the entire duration of my case Merced did a very good job of keeping me in the loop, providing me with updates, as well as answering any questions I had. I was in constant communication with her via email, text, and phone calls. It was great working with this law firm and I have also already referred 2 other people to them as well in which we all agree their service has been great so far. Usually cases like these take over a year or upto 2 years or more (from what I’ve experienced in the past) and that’s what I was expecting with Jefferson & Gould but I was very pleasantly surprised to know it was all done and taken care of in well under a year. If I get involved in another accident (knock on wood) I’ll be sure to go through them again. Thank you all!
