Gould & Jefferson, specifically, Nathan the attorney, was the ONLY law firm that was willing to take my case due to the complexity of the facts. Ultimately a settlement was reached and I am beyond pleased with the outcome. Merced (case manager) did a fantastic job with regard to communicating the step by step process and scheduling my appointments. I never felt ignored or undervalued. Thank you Merced! Scheduling a phone call with an attorney was never an issue. Although this firm is smaller with regard to locations, it never had an impact on the firm’s ability to successfully defend my personal injury claim.

Trying to find the right attorney to fight for you can be a hassle. However, the attorneys at Gould & Jefferson office made sure to represent my car accident case to their fullest potential. They started working on my case right away. They made sure I seen a doctor for my injuries, got my car fixed, put me in a rental, and got me PAID!! I had a great experience with them, so I would definitely recommend them to anyone. In conclusion, if you are looking for a smooth and stress free process, this attorney office is for you.

I would like to give them zero stars. Made me feel very uncomfortable with intimidating attitude. This business should shut down. Nathan called me terrible things on a text message. He was not able to change the decision for me and I had to call the Adjustor and speak with her to get the decision changed. I have never seen any law firm treating a client like this and gave them business. Shameless and rude behavior. He cannot get a client what he promises. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM!!! This FIRM SHOULD SHUT DOWN!!!!
