I have to say first that this law group is very very good. They’ve helped me in a way where they cared about me and my family. I was in an accident about two years ago with my son first response when I had called them was are you guys OK doing so, talked to me and my son and acknowledged what we needed to do to get back to being healthy again. With our amazing caseworker, Josseline who was amazing on this case who really cared about me and my son. She was very very communicative. She always had the right answers when I had either a question about my case or a problem with something and she was right on it every time I called I really can’t ask for anything else. She’s really amazing and acknowledge Able she’s very good at her job from what I have seen and what I’ve been through. I have to give her a five star and I would definitely recommend her and the law group to anyone who ever gets in an accident like I did. I got hurt back in December of last year at an Amusement Park and after having prior injuries and not taking those injuries to a lawyer, I decided I needed to not let another injury go by without seeking help from a lawyer.A client of mine gave me information on Pathway law to which I finally reached out to them and explained what happened and they reassured me they would take on my case. I spoke to them over the phone and was very pleased with how efficient they got me Doctors appointments,physical Therapy Appts and all necessary test to rule out any potential internal injuries. I dealt with Cindy,Katherine V and Matt . I really appreciate how fast they all worked to get me appointments set up as well as transportation to and from some appointments. Towards the middle of my case I stuck with Katherine and Matt to handle my case. They truly answered all of questions weather on the phone or emails. I know I called a lot to get status's on my case and they bent over backwards to keep me in the loop from beginning to end. I literally thought I wouldn't see the end of the tunnel especially when a hiccup came up because I had used my own insurance one time when I initially got hurt,Matt took on the challenge of trying to clear it up with my own insurance so my insurance could get reimbursed but it took myself and Matt to settle the confusion with my insurance. I can't thank Katherine and Matt enough for how quickly they took care of my case to get me the most fair settlement. I'm definitely going to recommend them to anyone looking for an injury attorney. My experience with Makkabi law has been the best and smoothest experience I could have hoped, for they have been helping me every step of the way and made the process as simple and clear cut .
