Joe is by far one of the best and one of the most honest attorneys out there! I had a PI claim with a previous attorney who essentially made me wait over a year for a surgery I desperately needed and still did not get me a surgeon. Someone referred me to Joe and after a quick consult I knew I had to drop my previous attorney and make the switch to Joe at Pathway Legal. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I made the switch. Within weeks I was set up with an orthopedic surgeon and within a month or two I had undergone the surgery I desperately needed to continue with my life. Joe fought for me and my best interests, and I’m not just speaking in terms of monetary compensation for the settlement, although Joe did secure me much more than I thought would be possible given the overall settlement amount. I couldn’t ask for a more honest and trust worthy attorney/firm to represent me! If you are in need of an attorney to represent you and fight for you, you have to give Joe and his office a call! Emanuel Abrishami and his staff have been absolutely amazing. It was not easy to pause the emotional side of my brain to then have to find a lawyer when I was still processing the loss of my mother and grandfather. I initially looked online for a lawyer than dealt with wrongful death cases and was bombarded by emails and pamphlets - it was quite overwhelming. My partner and I decided to reach out to a friend who recommended Emanuel. I cannot begin to tell you how relieved we were when we first met him. He's incredibly professional, thoughtful, and caring.
