I was referred to Shawn the day my accident occurred by a family member. From the first minute of the initial call the next day, Shawn explained to me the process and assigned my case to a paralegal, Cindy. As much pain I was in physically and emotionally, all of my needs were met. I was fortunate to have finished all of my doctors appointments right before the quarantine (COVID-19) started. Even though the firm was shut-down, all of the staff was working from home and still very helpful and thorough. I have no regrets going with this firm!
