Mr. Berenji and his team assisted me during a very touch phase of my life. Their knowledge of the law coupled with their experience made all the difference in the end. With this in mind I recommend this firm to anyone seeking solid advice and looking for help to navigate a very complex process.

All my stress about my case truly went away once Berenji & Associates took over my case. The professionalism and breath of experience shown by this team was amazing to me. Having already gone through a series of other firms, they made me feel empowered and hopeful about the outcome of my case. My only regret is that I didn't go to them from the beginning. The panic and stress that sets in when you go through legal matters makes you feel very vulnerable and you may make some irrational choices in selecting who to represent you; but working with this team, I got a new sense of hope for the outcome of my case right from start. I recommend this excellent firm to anyone including all my friends and family.

The team at Berenji & Associates helped me through my divorce, which was emotionally draining. Even though this was one of the worst experiences I have ever been through, Mr. Berenji and his staff took the time to explain the process and the reasoning behind every action we had to take. Mr. Berenji, in particular, spent considerable time with me. He took my calls, answered my emails, and made me feel as if I mattered. Mr. Berenji gave me the pros and cons of every action we anticipated, making sure that I was understanding the process and what was at risk. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN! DON'T PAY HIM A PENNY. DON'T TRUST HIS PROMISES. ONCE COLLECTED, HE WILL NEVER REFUND YOU ANY UNEARNED FEES BACK TO YOU. USE MY EXPERIENCE AS A WARNING TO YOU. I PAID HIM $7,500. AFTER I GAGE HIS KNOWLEDGE, I KNEW I HAD MADE A MISTAKE HIRING HIM. I HAD TO TAKE HIM TO THE STATE BOARD TO GET ALL MY MONEY BACK. If there were 10 Negative stars, I would give it to him! This guy is nothing but a rip off! Stay away from him! He will not think twice to charge you in excess for even sneezing in his office. He even told me once "I don't think you can afford me!" This was after I had paid him $7,500 retainer fee. He is all about empty promises, lack of knowledge, for example in my case: He said that I was supposed to pay a total sum of about $4000 for spousal and child support. May I let you know that I only make $20k per year after searching for a 2nd opinion, I was informed that the maximum I was supposed to pay was about $700-$800 a month for child support, and nothing due for spousal support! I fired Mr. Berenji, and retained a much lower cost Attorney, who, when I went to the court, guess what....The Judge ordered me to pay her $719.00 for child support and no Spousal Support! Just to show you that Mr. Berenji is only looking for his best interest, not yours! His lack or knowledge unethical behavior is beyond me. DO NOT EVER HIRE HIM AS YOUR ATTORNEY, EVEN FOR A SIMPLE TRAFFIC TICKET! Until now, he refuses to give me any of my refund! Even though he owes me well over $1,500 still. Which is why I had to take him to Mediation with the State Board.

If a negative star was available I would use it! This guy is nothing but a thief! As you can see there are no recent good reviews! They're all old. He charged $7,500 retainer which drain very quickly after he only prepared the summons for a dissolution proceeding. He will make you believe that you will be guaranteed an order by the judge. Not true. He is currently under Arbitration proceeding in order to pay back some the money that was legally stolen. Even the "Refund" that was due, he hasn't even attempted to issue after he was sub out. DO NOT GO WITH THIS CON-ARTIST WITH A LICENSE (NOT FOR TOO LONG).

I have worked with Ms. Lampert in the past and utilized her services. I was impressed with her professionalism and her vast knowledge base. She was attentive to my questions and responded on a timely basis. I observed her dealing with the opposing counsel and found her to be able to listen to their opinions and yet firm and bold when explaining my position regarding the legal issues. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a goal oriented, knowledgeable legal professional.

A job Well Done! I was a client of Elise Lampert for a year. Just the thought of facing a double probate can be quite daunting but Ms. Lampert guided me through the entire process. She is a very competent professional and easy to work with. There were no surprises and when dealing with the court system this is a plus.
