I went Through a 20-30 minute process with them on the phone.. I was told they will follow-up with me, only they never did or never contact or email me very disappointing service...Will not use them

My father in law and I used Rafii & Associates when we were involved in a car accident. The accident was almost 2.5 years ago and still is not settled. The communication is nonexistent with this firm. Our case has been passed around from person to person. The only time we would ever hear an update was if we called to check in. After 6 months of not hearing anything or being able to get ahold of anyone with knowledge of our case, I was told that the person who was previously managing it is no longer with the firm and the case was never reassigned to someone else. It sat for months with nobody working on it. The attorneys and staff were never enjoyable to talk to, always had an attitude and just simply did not handle our case professionally.

I had a great experience at Rafii & Associate especially with Randy. Anytime I needed a question answer, I'll call and they would answer. They are always nice and patient with me.
