Final update: Randy reached out to me after writing a review and did a great job keeping me in the loop of what’s going on. My case was more time-consuming than most since my insurance company wasn’t the most responsive. I received my settlement and would recommend this company! Latest update: they transfer me to the proper person now but still haven’t received my settlement. Will update when I do. Update: it’s been almost a year and a half and I’ve still received no communication about my case. Nobody has called me and any time I call, I’m told the person working my case is busy and they will call me back but they never do. Pretty disappointed with this company right now. I filed my car accident case with them 7 months ago and have had no follow-up about how I’m doing physically and mentally and no updates on my case. I’ve called 3 times asking for an update and, every time, the person that I’ve been corresponding with via email is “not available.” I leave my contact info and receive no call back. I’m feeling like I will never get an update and it’s disheartening.

Going into my case I did not expect to feel so cared for and after working with this wonderful team, I am confident they have my best interest at heart. The worst firm every. Very unprofessional and rude people. It's so hard to get a hold on whoever is looking after your case. Expect to be waiting on a call back weeks after you call. Reception has very poor customer service.dont know how to add up numbers. Overall a living nightmare. You gat a different person assigned to your case every two months and if you don't call to get an update your case gose cold and forgotten on someone's desk, and somehow it's always the client fault. This place is unreal.

Estoy muy decepcionada del caso que llevaron a mi ser amado que le arruinó la vida el accidente que tuvo y no pudieron hacer nada y lo poco que pudieron sacar se lo quedaron los doctores y ellos , son ladrones con derecho de ley. Como se nota tu falta de profesionalismo ya que pones de escudo a una empleada que nunca estaba pasaron años y ella nunca estaba . Siempre decían estaba de vacaciones o andaba haciendo algo pero la cuestión es que no quieras salir con tu capa de súper héroe cuando no lo son con solo ver el tiempo que dejaron pasar y no pueden defender a nadie se quedan callados . Ahora te pido te quedes callado y no menciones a tus empleados porque allí denota tu falta de interés
