These things take time, but they will make the process as easy as it can get, even thou you might get anxious about the time (almost a year in my case); but they will negotiate a very good settlement (it was most fair in my case). They changed the attorney in charge of my case 3 times during my claim and the 3rd was a charm.

One of the things that I really appreciate about Jacob was that he is easy to reach, and you deal with him alone. There were no paralegals or secretaries or long silences. If you have a question, he will get back to you. I always felt like I was a priority to him and that he was invested in the outcome of my case.
