My case wasn't a simple one, as there was no actual actual contact between me and the other vehicle, long story short, he ran the red and made me swerve away and crash. When shopping around, other lawyers were not willing to take on my case and I'm very grateful for this firm for working it and getting the other driver to pay for all the damages. I was very patient, and it did take a long time for the case to move forward, but every time I inquiered they were very responsive and overall I'm very pleased with my interaction with everyone in this company especially Anna that was assigned to my case. It is now settled and I'm here to warmly recommend their service, it had served me well. Drive safely!

I was in my first car accident last year and I had no idea how to handle it. My car was totaled and I was experiencing neck/back pain, but I was able to walk away from the accident, so I wasn’t even sure if I “qualified” to go the injury attorney route. A good friend from college recommended Rafii & Nazarian and I’m so glad that he did! The accident happened in Orange County (where I live) and they are based out of LA, but that was never an issue... We were able to do everything through phone/text/or email so I never had to drive up to LA, and they sent me to the best doctors in the OC area. My back pain got worse overtime, and I’m so glad I had them on my side to help coach me through the process. They told me it would take about a year from start to finish and my case was just settled in under 11 months. I’m very happy with the outcome, and I’m so thankful to everyone at Rafii & Nazarian for making this stressful experience so much easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation!

Jacob Glucksman went above and beyond to fight for me. His legal expertise got me off a charge that would have sent me to prison for 7+ years. I owe this man a lot and if you want to win you have to hire the best.

It's a personal injury law firm

Horrible customer service. They owed me some money and i called for a few months. Each time they told me they will call me back and they would not. I finally walked in the office and I asked for payment. Even then they gave me the run around.

So a friend recommended me to go to these people and I was very disappointed. I mean I don't understand why they have a good review when they honestly don't care about their clients they just care about the money. They told me they would take my case and after they found out what the potential amount to win back would be they said they couldn't do it. They would be good if they weren't so greedy.

very unprofessional and miss leading.. They did not work on my case and kept on bouncing me around to different attorneys in their law firm. Lucy the paralegal was very rude and agitated everytime I asked her questions pertaining to my case.. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.. I stopped by the office and all they do is sit around. trust me u don't want them to represent you

When I was arrested, I thought to myself, "Call Jacob Glucksman, only he could help me get out of jail and help me with my legal matter." Jacob went above and beyond my expectations. He immediately took my call from jail, personally spoke to the arresting officers on my behalf, agreed to meet me in court at my arraignment, and made arrangements for my fast release. Jacob Glucksman never appeared for my hearing! He did not have to because I was released without having to see the judge. Jacob is a blessing! I believe his reputation, integrity and professionalism contributed to my release. I felt courage and peace of mind to know that Jacob Glucksman was there ready to help me when my friends wouldn't.
