Muy decepcionada con el personal de esta oficina es imposible comunicarse con ellos, a pesar que mi caso es tan simple y es un caso ganado ya voy a cumplir cinco años esperando que me finalicen.,Me chocó un tráiler por detrás a mi carro se le desajustó la carrocería y a pesar que les dije, el policía de caminos me dijo que aparentaba que al carro no le hubiera pasado mucho pero tuvo que dañarse la carrocería porque era un camión grande y me dañe mucho mi columna, según el abogado iba a pelear el máximo pero como tomaron mucho tiempo el caso perdió valor me dijieron que me iban a dar $45,000 y terminé sin carro y solo $8,500 por favor elijan muy bien antes de tomar una decisión para eso es el Yelp

4/11/2024 update:
Personally I made sure both my cases get transferred to another law firm. Although I am not satisfied with their lack of professionalism after my case manager Jennifer left, I do have to say when she was here it was good! After putting this review up and filing a complaint to Juliana’s supervisor, she was still on my case which I was not happy about. Juliana used to be Jennifer’s assistant and she was good but I don’t know what happened once she got promoted. Aside from this Bibi did take over as my new case manager although Juliana was still part of my case team. Bibi was so attentive and on top of it things which I do appreciate and attorney Dan was very helpful and informative towards the end.
Update 02/02/2024:
Bibi became my new case lead, I was transferred to her without my knowledge. However, she did give me a call to make me aware of the change. Juliana does still work there so not sure if she dismissed my case under her care or I was transferred since I wasn’t satisfied with her service (details below). Bibi so far is doing a great job! She is on top of my case and if she doesn’t have an answer to my questions, she asks her upper management or has the attorney call me. Attorney actually called! All my questions and concerns have been answered so far. Bibi does call back when she says that she’s going to call back and gets back to me if I am not able to reach here. I have been set up to my doctor’s appt and am fully aware with detail of my case.
Randy has also reached out and heard me out. I made him aware of how I felt and let him know that the service has gone down hill recently and how frustrated I felt. I am actually glad he reached out because what if my experience didn’t change? At least I would be able to speak to someone and let him know how my experience has gone downhill. Slowly things are going back uphill. My rating went from 1/5 to 2/5. I’ll update as my case moves on.

I have two cases with them. The first one was in 2021 and barely now they’re finalizing stuff. The second one was in 2022, currently waiting to schedule appts after seeing the doctor which took 1 year for them to schedule him with me. It took more than 6 months to get an MRI that doctor’s been requesting to get done. If I don’t call continuously then my case doesn’t move forward and I don’t know anything about my cases. After Jennifer left things did go downhill. Juliana has taken over my case, she was doing a great job at first but then she stopped answering my phone calls or calling me back. I got passed on to her supposed assistant who is a male (I forgot his name) and he was extremely rude to me. He made it seem like I was in the wrong and that I’m exaggerating. I had to report my case lead Juliana to her supervisor so my case could continue moving forward and obtaining more details on it. When speaking to her supervisor Veronica A my case finally began to move forward which was great. However, now that I saw the doctor, I haven’t received a call from them to continue the next steps. I did call them three days after my appointment to let them know I had seeing doctor and what he requested, Veronica let me know that they’ll call once they get the paperwork which should take a week. It’s been almost two weeks and nothing. I called and no one answered. I’m really disappointed how things have turned out with this company and the lack of care with my cases. I’m sure they won’t mind taking the compensation percentage in seconds for taking on my case, but to get back to me and take care of my case, pain and complaints takes months. They’re not serious.
