I stumbled upon Della while searching employment attorney's and couldn't have been more lucky! She returned my call that same day and began working with me every step of the way. Any text/email/phone call was answered or returned within a couple of hours, if not right away. I never felt like a bother but rather treated with respect and support considering the circumstances I was facing. I have referred her and would refer her 100% in the future. If I had one word to describe Della it would be fierce! She is extremely intellectual and remained confident in my case until the very end. The outcome was better than I could have imagined and I owe that to her expertise and grit to fight for me and not back down. I came to Nina in a very scary and horrible situation. I was involved in a complex federal fraud case. Nina calmed me down and told me "we would get through this together", And we did! I was indicted on an international drug conspiracy case with a 10 year mandatory minimum. My parents knew Nina for many years and hired her. To be honest I was skeptical at first. Everything throughout the last 4 years couldn't have gone any better. The only drawback to my case ending is not talking to Nina as often. I was referred to Nina for my case as I was involved in a bank fraud scheme that involved multiple groups of people. What Nina did for me was incredible as she was able to take my charges down to the lowest denominator possible for this type of charge. She worked and negotiated with the government to allow me to walk away during the sentencing with just a $100 court charge with no probation or any prison time. This is unheard of given my charges!!! She also negotiated with the government to lessen the charges to one charge which was the best possible outcome under my circumstances.
