Hired Lalezary in July 2020 after a February 2020 accident. Lalezary sent me to a new chiropractor to continue treatment; I explained I was disabled and couldn't afford any risk of out-of-pocket costs, but Lalezary assured me it would be covered. After 2 weeks and $1800 in treatment, Lalezary contacted the doctor (not me) to notify them they were releasing me as a client and any medical bills weren't going to be covered. After I left an online review, Lalezary called me saying they were going to "take care of" the bill with the doctor. After a few weeks, Lalezary and the doctor reached an agreement to settle the balance for $600. Lalezary called me to confirm they would be sending a check to the doctor, and the doctor also confirmed the settlement would take care of the bill. Over a month later, the doctor still hasn't received the check and Lalezary isn't returning calls or messages.

My granddaughter and I are so grateful to James and Jim for taking our Toxic Mold case. They are both so patient and extremely kind, always answering our calls and the detailed emails responding to our questions were amazing. They are a great team and what could have been an extremely frustrating case was actually very easy and handled with such care. We are very grateful and highly recommend them.
