The best lawyer, I had a very complex case, I worked with an other lawyer before that did an awful job, I had the luck to meet Vladimir and because of his hard work and extensive knowledge. I got my O-1 visa approved! I recommend him %100.

I hired Dan to help negotiate terms related to my departure from a former employer. Dan was provided sound advise and helped move the process quickly towards resolution, in spite of the challenges presented by opposing counsel. I was pleased with the outcome, so much so that not only would I use Dan again, but I have recommended him to a number of close friends that had a similar need.

I discussed my matter with several attorneys before going with Dan. Very satisfied with MJM's service. I had no experience with bankruptcy and he answered a number of my questions up front before I paid retainer, which was a big help in deciding which direction to go. Others would not answer any questions until retainer was paid so you'd have no idea of their knowledge until too late. He was also very quick in replying to my emails where he answered all my questions, which is great when you're going through the stress of a bankruptcy. He was thorough, patient, and diligent. I dont know where to start about Mark. I am in the initial stages of my BK and am BEYOND impressed with his Follow up an attention to detail. He responds early in the morning and late at night, usually within 20 minutes of my emails! I have had access to several Attorneys over the years, and NONE have come even remotley close to having his impeccable follow up and response. My case is certainly complex and involves mulitple Tax years, but Mark has very clearly explained my options and given me his advice (Which is invaluable since Im lost on what to do). I was originally going to go with an Orange County firm near my house, but during the consult, the Attorney almost acted like I was bothering him with my questions and was just waiting for the consult to be over. I have worked with and around lawyers for most of my 20 year career, but I have never been in the position before where I have needed a lawyer to represent me in litigation. I knew that finding the right attorney was critical and I spoke to several lawyers before I decided to brief Dan. Quite simply, Dan is a superstar. He listens instead of lecturing, and he put in an amazing amount of time, effort, and employment law expertise into my dispute with my former employer. He didn't just learn the facts of my case -- he studied and mastered them. Whenever I had a question, Dan would get to it immediately and knew how to explain the litigation process so that I knew what would happen next. And, in the end, he showed that what he valued most was MY WELL-BEING, not that of himself or of anyone else.
