Morris is the most amazing attorney you can possibly work with. He puts your needs first and makes sure you get paid to the max. He settled my accident claim in less than a year and made sure I got properly compensated. Believe me when I say, he is the best attorney you can get!!!

Morris was really patient and took time to explain things thoroughly and answer all my questions. He went above and beyond to help me even with things that weren’t directly related to my case with him. He found doctors who were close to me and helped me schedule appointments. He also made sure I increased my bodily injury coverage in case anything ever happens again, and explained why that was important. We were lucky enough to hire Mr.Chichyan for a rear end accident. He went above and beyond any expectation that I had. He handled our case so well, always available when we called. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. By far the worse experience ever. My case took 1 entire year for nothing. My lawyer Jessica did not fight for me. She never returned my calls for updates etc. she only called me when it was time to settle. She never asked for evidence and then claimed I had none when it was too late. One year has went by for her to say she can only get me $500. Crazy thing is she received $6000.00 from my case and only gave me $1000.00 (which I had to fight for). When I told her I was looking for another lawyer she said I’d have to pay her 6000.00 from my winnings lol. This can’t be legal…That’s robbery if you ask me. Again do not waste your time. RUN!!

Mr. Simmrin is not only one of the country’s leading attorneys — he’s a miracle personified. My previous attorney had something of a breakdown, effectively sabotaging my entire case. I needed a replacement fast. Mr. Simmrin came to the rescue. I actually considered hiring Mr. Simmrin in the first place, but opted for the cheaper attorney due to limited finances. Boy did I learn my lesson. Spend a little more, get a LOT more for it. Virtually all of the evidence Mr. Simmrin attempted to use was restricted/blocked due to the previous attorney’s mistakes. Suffice to say, Mr. Simmrin was at a SEVERE disadvantage. When he took over the case, there was perhaps a 1-3% chance we could win, considering the judge had essentially already made up his mind in the dishonest petitioner’s favor. Nevertheless, Mr. Simmrin gave it his all, pivoting when his essential evidence was prohibited, recalibrating at every step to make the best argument in the face of impossible odds. He spoke with clarity, conviction, passion, and great persuasion. He went head to head with the brilliant opposing attorney and never backed down, no matter how dirty and dishonest his opponent’s tactics. He delivered his arguments with power and confidence, but never cockiness or smugness. He refused to be bullied, nor did he bully back. But he did fight back, and when this man fights… he fights to win. In the end, despite the terrible odds, despite being up against every disadvantage before he even accepted the case, Mr. Simmrin did the impossible — and won the case with flying colors. His intelligence, eloquence, and inherent understanding of linguistics, psychology, and the legal system make him the obvious choice for anyone who needs strong representation in the face of an often-unfair legal system. Don’t make the same mistake I did and wait to hire Mr. Simmrin until after the slightly cheaper attorney screws you over. Understand that the finest calibre of lawyer cost a little more off the bat, but in the long run will save you so much money, time, energy, and pain. Ultimately, all I can say is that Mr. Simmrin is a powerhouse of a lawyer, a wonderful human being, and a genuine hero. If someone is attempting to ruin your life, Mr. Simmrin is the one to save it.
