I highly recommend Mr. Chichyan for anyone involved in a motor vehicle accident. Not only is he personable but he also knows the ins and outs of how to deal with the insurance companies to maximize your award. Unreasonable and unethical fees for a group that is supposedly working to “help” employees. They know their fees are disproportionate to the amount they offer in settlements and they know it would be difficult for their clients to understand let alone know how to advocate for a fair amount. Specifically, Mordechai Wolowitsch was aggressive, abrasive, and completely disgusting in his behavior for someone who is supposed to help people. Disgustingly predatory practice that relies on purposefully convoluted phrases and intentionally confuses people. English-as-a-second-language speakers are especially vulnerable to this behavior!! Any average person will have trouble understanding lawyer-speak, but ESPECIALLY those who are not native english speakers. They rely on the fact that people need help and exploit that to push them into terms that ANY PERSON would have trouble understanding. While their contracts and such state “No recovery no fee”, they do nothing to explain their arbitrary definitions of recovery and are intentionally confusing in their wording so as to scare you into doing whatever they want you to- so they can get their money and be afraid of advocating for yourself. Stay far away from this awful firm.

Morris Chichyan was everything I could have asked for from a lawyer. This was my first experience with a law office, and as can be imagined, I was incredibly nervous by the idea of having to deal with this alone. But, on the contrary, there was not a moment I felt that I was alone quite at all. Though stressful and taxing, this process was much more digestible with Morris as my guide. He was attentive to my needs, throughly answered my questions, and never made me feel like I couldn’t trust him. His professionalism and communicative commitment make him a rare gem of a person. I’m grateful to have had the Chichyan Law office and to have found Morris.
