After a decades long neighbor issue thing's elevated to the point of needing a restraining order. By sheer luck I connected with Ben Karabian and his associates. While cauticously proceeding and not making bold promises Ben delivered. First with a TRO ( Temporary Restraining Order ) then negotiating a Permanent Order. I received better than my expected outcome and have a semblance of peace at home. I jokingly told Ben if he wasn't careful he'd give Lawyer's a good name. He would check on my welfare intermittently throughout the process. I have absolutely no problem recommending Ben for representation. After my accident I had gone with a big law firm. I really wish I had met Ben earlier, he gave me lots of advice and was extremely knowledgeable. The big law firm had only set me up with a chiropractor who wasn’t really helpful. Ben told me to request a physical therapist, which I had no idea you could do. Ben is extremely helpful and if I ever need a lawyer I’ll be going directly to him from now on.

The Karabian Law firm performed excellently for us. We called nearly 20 places over a 4 week period and we’re not happy with the lack of listening skills exhibited by many lawyers. Ben Karabian took our case- and in the space of 3 weeks and 3 court appearances won us a restraining order that we might not have in place otherwise. The opposing lawyer- literally had nothing to say by the time Ben was done with him in the courtroom. Ben, knew how to make us feel comfortable while testifying which was a first for us. He clearly knew how to speak with the judge, and manage the trial from start to finish... So, he comes highly recommended. Now, He, is also handling other matters for us now with the same incredible diligence he showed with his trial preparation.
