They helped my mom out of a lifetime of debt!!!!! They are the best!

I found Anthony on Avvo in the wee hours of the morning, May 5, 2016. I emailed him at 4:30 am and received a call from him half an hour later! I hired Anthony after meeting him at a Boston Market near LAX later that evening. Anthony was the only attorney I consulted with. Anthony is a no-nonsense kind of person, which I absolutely admire. He is very honest and will not sugarcoat anything. That was a huge positive for me. He definitely has the expertise and experience to get you through the federal process. I was hoping for probation but got very lucky and only got six months in a low security facility. I was a public official (law enforcement to boot) and did some pretty egregious stuff. Anthony will be honest with you. Anthony was very responsive to my phone calls, emails, & text messages, to the point of disrupting time with his family. I had numerous conversations with him where I could hear his kids in the background. Not a lot of people will take the time to do that. At the end of my sentencing hearing nearly 3 years after my ordeal began, I thanked Anthony for everything he had done for me & my family. His response was, “Don’t thank me. You did everything right.” His statement was true, but I could not have gotten through the mess I created without his help. My experience with Anthony was very positive. I don’t have a negative thing to say about him or his services.

Absolutely do not trust what they say about debt consolidation and what you will end up paying. I was told several times that I would Make a monthly payment for 2 years and would be it. The last credit card they were settling they kept trying to get me to give them more and more money. Cancelled and did it on my own. Wish I had never done business with them.

I am sure they are a nice company and nice people. What they don't tell you is the hidden costs and consequences to use them or any company like them. Any time they settle your debt, they take 29% of the settlement as their fees. If They save you 50%, you really only save 21%. They also take service fees during your time with them of around 9 to 10 dollars a month. They also are not up front that if they get $600 or more of principal debt forgiven, you get hit at tax time with a 1099 as taxable income. It is in the 30 pages of agreements you don't take time to read when you sign up. All debts they settle go as a charge off on your credit report. So every creditor will know what you did. This is not to mention your credit score will plummet to 500 or below. Try doing anything with poor credit. Plus, the amount you pay in any future loans due to poor credit and high interest will offset anything you save. Mediator says not to use CCCS or Greenpath, but they are much better choices than these debt forgiveness deals where you just don't pay anything. They really don't save you much money in the long run and take many years to recover from using them. Do your research before you sign up.

Mr Solis did. I tried to find a lawyer for my case on my own. 6 attorneys with whom I made contact all declined to accept my case. I signed up to ask the question here on Avvo for representation. I received 2 responses. One was to contact my original attorney which I already had. The other response was from attorney Greg Thomas Hill who recommended I contact Anthony Solis. Mr. Solis accepted my case and prepared the required petition containing a motion to seek relief of 290 registration under Section 42 U.S.C. 16915. Just hours before my hearing Mr. Solis finally was able to make contact with the AUSA to determine the government's response, Mr Solis relayed this to me when we met before the hearing. The end result was "motion granted". Then Mr Solis prepared the motion granted document for the judge to sign and sent me a copy as soon as the ink was dry. His confidence was reassuring to me. I do recommend you contact him, especially if you cannot find anyone else to represent you for a little practiced federal law. He can also represent your case to the Supreme Court, if necessary.

Horrible service, wouldn't call back after setting time and date for phone call. Doesn't pick up, wont answer any emails. Said they would "help" but never bothered to call back after leaving countless emails. I would give them 0/5 stars

I like how easy it was to get started with MLG. They were straight up with me and told me everything that had to be done. I've just started with them but everything seems to be going fine and I'm very happy with the results I'm getting. Will update if anything changes :)
