The service was fine itself, they did a good job negotiating down. Here's the real issue. The pricing structure was not up-front or clear. I was definitely "had" with this one as a real greenhorn on what to expect industry-wide. My fee was in the neighborhood of 42.5% of the "saved amount". So, hypothetically, if had a $15,000 debt negotiated down to 33% ($5000), I would have paid an additional $4,250 in fees, which totals to ~61% of the original debt. I could probably settle (even on a monthly payment schedule) directly with the debt collector for 50% and have saved myself $1,750. Obviously that amount scales up and down in proportion to the initial debt and negotiated payoff.

Anthony Solis defended me at one of the most difficult moments in my life. From the start, he helped me get released on bond, liberating me from incarceration and reuniting me with my family. He then proceeded to vigorously defend my case at every stage in both state and federal court. Every step of the way, he helped me understand the process and kept me a part of my case. After two years of defending me, I received a time-served sentence, which translated to about six months in jail. Mr. Solis experience in the federal court system speaks for itself. He also took the time to understand my case and learn about me. He wanted to know my story. When he brought my legal case and my story (pas, present and future) together, he told me that there was something he could do to help me. I looked at his eyes, I believed him and I broke down. We hired Anthony to represent my son for a very difficult case that included a possible 30+ if convicted. Prior to our first meeting, he had already started to look into the case, providing us further details which assisted us in making better decisions. He was thorough, professional, and always on top of things. Because of his professionalism I trusted in his advice and guidance. I never once felt I was scrambling to find out what was happening. Even when there was no progression in the case, due to timing of court events, I always felt informed. I was impressed with how he performed in the courtroom. Anthony M Solis is the best!!! He was excellent at helping me to understand the laws in two states, with extremely positive results in both california and Florida. Mr. Solis really saved my life. I was caught up in a marijuana conspiracy and importation case.
