The anticipation of a legal battle is stressful for anyone, especially in times of tragedy. Paul Van Der Walde and his amazing staff are the most kind, attentive and professional legal team a person can encounter. Evangelina, Corene and Julia are uncanny in the support they provide and Paul's genuine concern for your needs is superior at the least. I highly recommend this team as you will not find one comparable in the Bay Area.

At the absolute worst time in my life, after the tragic death of my 18 year old son, I was in need of a compassionate lawyer who would go after the wrongdoers and fight tooth and nail until justice was served. I found both and so much more with attorney Paul Van Der Walde. While no parent can possibly put a price tag on their child's life, it is unfortunately the only form of compensation that be sought after so Mr. Van Der Walde worked tirelessly on my son's case and did so with vengeance and in the end, he was able to get our family an award of over 40 million dollars. Although no amount of money will bring my son back, I have Mr. Van Der Walde to thank as well as his paralegal Evangelina who was also a key component during the case, from the initial intake to the very end. Based on my personal experience with this law firm, I would give Mr. Van Der Walde a 10 star rating. You need not look any further if you are finding yourself in need of legal representation. I promise you that you will be well taken care of. Both he and Evangelina still remain in contact with me so if that is not humanistic compassion and sympathy for what me and my family have been through, I don't know what is.
