Marlene is absolutely amazing! She and her team were very responsive to our needs in looking over our documents for our business and making sure whatever legal stuff needs to be there was added! She is easy to reach and always responds quickly, I can truly say that she is at the top of her craft! I liked how we were quoted a price before and there were no surprises, like you see at times with some of these firms.

I was referred to Mark Tseselsky by an attorney friend. In the midst of my crisis case. Mark was there for me. He was knowledgeable, professional, honest and treated me with respect and understanding. Not only was my case resolved and his hourly billing was more than fair. Not sure if these guys have general liability insurance. Called the office and the receptionist had no idea. It’s a pretty standard question. Makes me think they don’t.

The good thing is, this may be your lucky day, and I suggest you to stop looking and make sure Mark accepts your case. Over the course of almost a year and a half Mark led me through the most difficult period of my life, navigating, staying on top, and pushing forward the case. As well as calmly putting up with my periodic falling in despair... His professionalism and communication are impeccable, billing is fair. This Man is Amazing. I'll start with that. The words to describe my ex-wife are: Depraved, Vindictive and Narcissistic. Also, she happens to be a lawyer so she is cunning and knowledgeable on how to manipulate the system. I had already been through a hellish divorce several years earlier and lost my life savings on legal fees with a different law firm. I was satisfied with the work of that previous law firm. However, this time I needed an attorney who was at an expert level with dealing with child dependency issues AND who could quickly identify my ex-wife's behavior and tactics. He figured it out the first time he had to deal with her. I would wouldn't blink if he told me he was also an experienced psychiatric diagnostician. I was so grateful that he was able to identify and determine the correct course to take with such a parent. This leads me to the next point. Had I dealt with a different attorney it would have taken many costly hours just to understand my case. Mark quickly figured out what I was dealing with and this saved me a fortune. The first time I met with Mark he told me that he wanted for me to be able to fire him as soon as possible. I was doubtful at first, but he was true to his word. He is bright, punctual, honest and a gentleman. I think that covers it. I give him permission to allow any prospective clients to contact me for a referral. Thanks Mark!!!

I’m going through a divorce with a child and my ex made accusations that my now husband molested my daughter.
