I can’t say enough about HHJ. I got in an accident and hurt my wrist which turned into a nightmare. After being served with documents stating that I was being sued for a large amount of money due to a traffic incident that I was involved in two years ago, and after being unable to reach the insurer that I had at the time, I was relieved after speaking to Mr. Hernandez. He instructed me to continue to attempt to contact my former insurer and that they, the insurance company, would provide an attorney to defend and represent me. I have never been sued and was quite concerned with the documents that I received. I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle on December 14th, 2020. I contacted HHJ to help me with the case for the accident. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. At first the car owners insurance was saying I was at fault and I couldn’t even get my medical bills covered. But HHJ was able to negotiate a settlement for the accident. They also negotiated a smaller amount to pay for my medical bills from the settlement I received. If I had any questions they responded with answers right away and walked me through the process. If you have been in an accident I highly recommend HHJ.
