Working with Erik on my divorce was the best decision I made during the process. He is extremely trustworthy, dependable and cared about my family. Erik guided me through when to give and when to continue forward, what was worth spending the time and money on. I had an extremely long divorce (3 years). My first attorney retired and second I could not continue to pay for as my income had become limited because of covid. Erik came in and worked with me and was able to close things out very quickly. Mr. Domercq and his paralegals are the best around. He is straight forward, professional, and can present your story in the most detailed, accurate, and compelling manner. He knew exactly how to take the information I gave him and decipher what was important to share, all while keeping me updated with the process, my options, and helping me remain calm. He was able to identify when lies were being told and apply the right amount to pressure to get the truth to surface. He is the person you want on your side. I have used Pierre twice for modifications to my spousal support order. He, Grier King and the entire staff are professional, knowledgeable and proficient. Pierre worked through the disadvantageous issues with the original orders which were not litigated by him, but came to excellent conclusions both times. If you have a family law issue, he's the one to see, you'll be glad you did.
