Erik Jenkins represented me in a TRO against a public official in Carlsbad, CA. This council member tried to say I was surveiling and stalking her when I NEVER KNEW where she lived. It turned out that the council member was trying to shut me up because she didn't like someone voicing opposing positions to hers - which I do because that's my 1st amendment right. Not only did the TRO get dissolved but we put an end to her trying to chill free speech. The first amendment matters and Erik Jenkins can help you too!

Pierre is a wonderful attorney and has an amazing staff that supports him! He helped me in my divorce and got me more than I could have asked for. He made sure I wasn’t taken advantage of and made me feel so comfortable through out the process. Every time I was worried about something I was able to call and if it was just a technical question one of his wonderful paralegals (Rebecca) was there to answer and assured me of the process.i have and will continue to recommend Pierre to any and all of my friends who need help!

When the outcome of your case can affect every member of your family, there is no option for anything but the best. Pierre and his support staff were excellent throughout my case. He took the time to understand all the details and offer the best options. He was also able to get me full legal and physical custody, even though California is pro family. I pray I never have to, but I would certainly choose to use this firm again!

I would highly recommend Burke & Domercq, APC for your family court representation. They were not only forthcoming and super transparent about my ongoing Family Court case, more importantly they confirmed that my existing attorney led me in the right direction and the response from Burke & Domercq would have been the same. This most probably saved me another small fortune in legal fees.
