I truly have to tell you that this IS the BEST Lemon Law Firm.....30 years ago, I had a lemon RangeRover and a friend that was a car company attorney referred me to Laurence; she said " this is who we DO NOT want to see on the other side of the table because he wins". It was true! Laurence recovered ALL my money ( and then some) for the car. Fast forward to my unfortunate experience of having another lemon car, different manufacturer! This time, Michelle handled my case. She was FANTASTIC! Always returned my calls and emails promptly with correct info. Her timeline was exactly as she said regarding the recovery in my case. Don't even bother interviewing another firm/attorney. It's a waste of your time. The two are The Ones. B TW, she also recovered ALL my money, and then some!

Dealer diagnosed "Check engine" light as an emissions warranty issue, but couldn't get the part from the German manufacturer or even an expected delivery date. The car ran but wouldn't pass smog and couldn't be sold with the check engine light on. After a couple months without even a resolution date we asked the dealer for trade-in value for the car so that we could buy another car and they said we would have to talk to "corporate". After another couple of months where corporate failed to return my calls, even after the dealer called them on my behalf, I went to Mr. Hutchens' firm. The whole firm was professional and courteous throughout the case and delivered the results they originally suggested I should expect. I didn't want to go this route, but when I felt I had no choice I am happy I went to Mr. Hutchens.

Michelle Fonseca-Kamana was the attorney that worked on my case for a buyback from one of the "top trailer manufacturers​." She was very efficient, communicative and helped me understand​ the process and legal language​​ in layman's terms. The whole process took​ about 8 months as the ​manufacturer's counsel dragged it out as much as possible. Michelle was able​ to get the manufacturer to take the trailer back and make me whole. From a consumer protection perspective, it's​ nice to know there are law firms out there that help fight for the little people against these giant manufacturers. Thankfully the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act/Lemon Law protects people in my situation. It should be noted that the cases for trailer buybacks seem a little more complicated and not many firms​ will take these cases on. Thankfully the Law Office of Lawrence J. Hutchens does and they're very good at it. In sum, I highly recommend Michelle and the Law Office of Lawrence J. Hutchens

I couldn't find the post I recently made but just had to make sure I've provided my review. When I called they answered within the first 2 rings, and shortly after someone came by my home to take pictures and help me through the process. They handled my medical appointments, handled any communication with my insurance and the police reports since the person who hit me drove away. I wasn't even sure I was going to get anything from this case but they were always on top of things and were able to get an settlement to take car of repair deductibles, medical bills, and so on. I"m very pleased with their professionalism and guidance through this experience that I hope never happens again.

Highly recommended Law office. I went through GM numerous times for a vehicle buy back my 2015 Traverse and they denied my claim every time. They stated that my car didn’t qualify for the California Lemon Law. I had a stack of service records and continued to have issues with the car. It became very frustrating and I thought I was going to be stuck with a broken down car that I was still was making monthly payments on. The last thing I wanted to do was go thorough an attorney. I had no choice but to get an attorney and it end up being the best thing I could have done. With the help of the Law Office of Lawrence J Hutchens I was able to return my car to GM.

Had a few questions in regards to a personal problem i was having with my vehicle and the lady at the phone was very efficient explained everything over the phone without me having to wait for someone to call me back (like other firms) . She answered all my questions over the phone and made me feel better about my issues and concerns without having to take time off work and coming in for a consultation,. If you're looking for a professional opinion over the phone this is the place.

I wish I could give this rating 6/5 stars because they truly deserve it. I was injured after my 10 day old car was rear ended by a drunk driver who was uninsured. This was the first time I had been injured in a car accident and I was completely naïve to the entire process of what happens or what to do when you are in the situation. I needed help, and luckily for me I came across Elliot and his amazing team at the Accident Guys. The next day after I first called and spoke with Elliot, I met with one of their associates who took down all the details of my accident, set me up with a great team of doctors, and provided insight into what the process would look like. I had the opportunity to work with Ani who was always following up and checking in on me, giving me updates on the progress they were making with the insurance company and would answer all my calls and questions anytime I had them. After ensuring a successful recovery my case was passed off the Brian, who dealt with the settlement portion of the claim. At every encounter he was extremely professional, clear and concise as to what was happening, and made me feel comfortable with all decisions being made. Although the entire event was an unfortunate situation, thankfully I had Elliot and his team to support me throughout, I would have been lost and in serious debt from my medical bills without them. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know or anyone who is reading this post.

I was involved in an accident on my bicycle, and The Accident Guys helped out very quickly. They were easy to work with, and made the case less stressful than I ever imagined. I would highly recommend their business.

My husband and I were involved in a head-on collision in May of 2017. A drunk driver crossed lanes and medians hitting us head on at around 6 o'clock in the evening. Both cars were totaled and everyone involved had to be rushed to the emergency room. I ended up with a fractured sternum, a fractured vertebrae, numerous bruises and lacerations, and was dismayed and overwhelmed at the prospect of getting compensation for injuries and losses from the insurance company. My husband found The Accident Guys (Eliot Houman) on Yelp. Once this team was on our case, everything was taken out of our hands and we were allowed to focus on healing. The Accident Guys were professional, prompt, and accessible. We received compensation for all medical bills, lost wages, and vehicle replacement. The peace of mind that came from knowing dealing with the insurance companies and their lawyers was not one more thing I had to deal with was priceless. I cannot recommend Eliot and his team enough!
