Excellent experience. I purchased a vintage sports car over the Internet from a dealer in California. I received the vehicle at my home in Texas and quickly discovered the dealer misrepresented many details about the car including the size and type of engine. As a retired fraud investigator I knew I needed professional help to recover my money from the fraudster. After some research on lawyers specializing in automotive fraud in CA I came across the Law Offices of Hutchens & Hutchens. Kalman took my case and after a simple process he filed a civil case and I quickly had a settlement offer that I accepted. Hiring a lawyer is a difficult decision even for someone like me who is familiar with the process and was in the law enforcement business. My advice is do your homework and hire a specialist to address your problem. Kalman is an expert in automobile dealer fraud, he has great communication and worked quickly to get my case resolved. What else can you ask for? Oh, and he genuinely seems like a nice guy. Not a quality common for those in his profession.
