Mr. Panitz was a referral from one of my peers. I was able to connect with him within a few days at his office. I was teaching nursing courses in the district when I received notice that I had breast cancer. After receiving all of the treatments I was eager to return to my nursing job teaching in the district. Unfortunately for me my return was blocked and I was replaced . after sharing my situation to Eric he filed a disability discrimination again the district. Once they we told they terminated me. Eric then fired wrongful termination . He worked with me. He had excellent stuff who went the extra mile. I received a large settlement and the case resolved. I am very happy how things turned out.

Don't let Kevin's youthful looks deceive you; this man has more legal strategy, integrity, expertise, and overall top-notch representation than my first two allegedly seasoned "family law specialist" attornies COMBINED. My case dragged on over 7 years as my vindictive ex-spouse wanted nothing more than to erase a loving father from his children and to maximize child support in retaliation for filing for divorce against her. Even the simplest issues required going in front of the judge as she had no incentive to settle anything - she simply dragged everything out then asked for attorneys fees, effectively causing me to pay for both my lawyer and hers. My previous attorneys (as well as opposing counsel) simply churned fees and extracted as much as they could from me, causing me tremendous stress and near financial ruin. It's not hyperbole when I say Kevin saved me and my children. I have 50/50 custody now and his diligence, expertise, and attention to detail forced the opposing's hand and ultimately they folded at the 11th hour and decided to settle rather than risk going in front of the judge. I had a multiple issue case. Kevin and his team handled it all. A true professional in the court room. What really impressed me the most was how he dealt with me. His explanations, suggestions and a touch of reality when needed, were down to earth and understandable without being demeaning. A very easy person to talk to. Any Lawyer can speak to a Judge with the right terminology but, to be able to find one that can honestly make you feel secure that your case is being handled competently and then walk into court and prove it, is amazing.
