The legal process can be daunting and emotions can run high. I was very emotional having to deal with the aspect of the case and I worried about the outcome. However, I left the legal strategy to Panitz. He was very focused. He had the ability to listen and was very effective in communicating. When presenting and handling the case on my behalf, I was proud and thankful that when necessary, he was very assertive and aggressive which I liked. I could go on with adjectives, but suffice to say I have been very happy with Kevin's involvement in my custody case. From the beginning, he wrote a well-drafted RFO, clearly and persuasively arguing my position. He was patient with my edits, yet was firm where he felt we needed to be strategic.
