I was referred to Mr. Otten by my environmental consultant who was concerned with the way the attorney that was representing me was handling the case. The owner of a neighboring property sued my dry-cleaning business for allegedly contaminating his property and the case was very complicated and a lot of money was on the line. I replaced my previous attorney with Mr. Otten and immediately noticed the difference. Environmental law is extremely specialized and completely over the head of the attorney that I was using. Mr. Otten and his environmental consultant, Earth Sciences, quickly got the case in a position to settle. Mr. Otten was exactly the type of attorney I needed. A sharp, responsive , aggressive, dedicated, and confident Attorney. Getting sued is not fun, but Mr. Otten got me out of a jam at a reasonable price.

Robert is extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. He takes the time to answer questions and explain the process. I worked with Robert for probate matters and cannot recommend him enough.

Robert was very approachable, sincere, and "Listened" to My Mom voice her wishes, as to how she wanted her Living Trust to Read. He even personally came to my mom's house, to accommodate her, and save her a trip. The Living Trust was worded exactly as she wanted. He submitted the Documents for my mom. He didn't have to go the "Extra Mile" for my mom, but he did! That Speak Volumes about his Upbringing, Morals, Ethics, Sincerity, Loyalty, Hard Work, and Determination, to get him where is today at a young age. He hasn't forgotten his Roots, as he is Bilingual, which allows him to help those that prefer to speak Spanish, which makes the client. Robert is our Estate Attorney for life. 📃💯
