Attorney Nathan Mubasher was literally a god send; the ONLY lawyer who was interested & willing to represent me as a defendant in a dog bite incident. Every phone call i received from each law firm i contacted turned down my case. When i received an email that Nathan was interested in my case, I immediately searched him up to see if he would be a good match & it turns out he’s a great lawyer aka a perfect match! Although he is located in SoCal and I’m located in NorCal, we made every step of our communication work. Each step of the process went as smooth as possible & he gave me reassurance that we will take care of this matter. I know Nathan is a busy man and most likely taking on more serious cases along the way but he made the time and effort to update me in every situation & made sure to call me when needed to discuss the next step as well as making sure I’m comfortable with every decision being made. Recommended! I began working with Nathan in September 2021 after going to 4 other attorneys that couldn’t help my “niche” type of issue. I had been building a mobile conversion trailer with a company and it turned into a nightmare. A 10 week build was in month 7 and there were terrible safety issues and even worse communications from this company. This company was blaming me for their mistakes and would not just refund my money after many requests in writing from myself. Nathan got my money back plus a bit more in about 30 days time. He was great and never dropped the ball. I hope to never need him again but if I do, I will call on him.

First of all, April 2021 was an extremely stressful month, I had just finished filing taxes and discovered I owed close to $16,000 due to early stock withdraw - I was very emotional and uncertain about how to pay the money back. Using my Robinhood account, my now ex boyfriend and I invested in stocks together, during the year of 2020, once we broke up, he withdrew all investments, reflecting the back pay we now owed. When my ex became unresponsive to communications to pay the money back, I sought attorneys for guidance and ultimately retained Nathan to create a demand letter and negotiate an outcome. After he sent the demand letter, my ex and Nathan had a lengthy conversation via email until my ex finally decided to take things offline and come to a settlement. Nathan provided a settlement template to send and after working together, my ex signed. Roughly two weeks post settlement letter my ex gave 1/2 the payment and asked for an extension of the rest. All the while, Nathan checked in, to make ensure things were going smoothly. My ex was finicky about paying the rest back, Nathan’s rational input gave me the confidence to stick my ground and ultimately receive the full amount due. Post case, Nathan and I had a follow up call to reflect on the success. Overall, Nathan was extremely professional, well-versed and kept in touch often.
