I was seeking counsel in regards to a situation I had with a financial institution. I was wronged by them and was getting the run around. I was academically dismissed from my school program during COVID-19 Pandemic and was unsure if I would qualify to get back into the program as the school I went to was very strict in their policy about failures with classes.
