I was completely lost after my auto accident. I didn’t know where to start or what to do next, but this team was like a lifeline. They took care of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. I felt so supported the whole time, and they fought so hard to get me what I deserved. I can’t thank them enough for being there for me when I needed it most!!!

Felisa the case manager is very knowledgeable and is quick to respond to any concerns or issues and Robert Gibb the deposition attorney did an excellent job preparing me for my deposition with a one on one and a thorough questionnaire.

If I could give less stars I would. The original intake person Vanessa said all the right things to lure me in. Then Ashley was assigned as my case manager and she ignored my email with an urgent care question for over a week. Later emailed me because she must have gotten in trouble and said she had Covid. Shows me they don’t have a system in place to make sure their clients needs are met. I left a one star review so the firm assigned me to corina and she called and said all the right things but then she quickly became unavailable just the same. They filed the Wrong side of my body to workers comp and my employer and when I complained Corina said “I know you’re new to this process but that’s not a big deal and happens all the time”. They didn’t even include my actual injury! Oh she also begged I remove my initial one star review. So I did in hopes she would do a better job. But they majorly fail at professionalism and accuracy. She said you can yell at me if you want but can you remove that review? Who knows how many other reviews they have asked to be removed. I can go on about my short term experience of just three weeks of their work on my case. Also it’s shady they never even met me in person. They have done everything online. I do not recommend this law firm. I will not remove this review, so don’t even ask!

These guys are awesome! From start to finish, Oracle made everything so smooth. I didn’t have to worry about a thing after my car accident, and they got me a settlement that was better than I expected. Definitely recommend!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! inconsistent and inconsiderate. Get their clients to sign & then Ignore them. do not give any updates at all, not very helpful or useful. They won’t tell you who your attorney is you can only speak to the case worker and even then the case worker ignores you never reaches back out and they are not very educated. Takes months for them to take any action they do not care. Save yourself the stress and look else where.
