I have never met or talked to my attorneys. Only the assistants. They want me to get continued treatment to drag my case even though my Workman's comp Doctor released me 6 months ago with future medical. Of course, the insurance company rejected my rating. Oracle sends me to another Doctor and a state QME who says my original surgeon needs to revise my surgery because he did a bad job and my other knee needs replaced too. This has been going on for 3 years. Still no money. Only suffering, only pain and when I call Oracle Law Firm I’m put on hold forever and no one helps me. They just pass me off to the next assistant. I regret hiring this law firm. They are dragging out my case for their benefit and do not care that I am suffering, in pain, I can't work full time and I'm not being compensated even though my work comp Doctor gave me permanent disability and work restrictions. Do Not Hire Oracle Law Firm! I regret it. 🙁

I wanted to thank Oracle Law firm for having such a wonderful, professional employee……Corina Estrada was absolutely brilliant, she walked me thru this whole unpleasant process of Workers Compensation. She made sure to update me weekly and was able to get me the health care I so badly needed, so thank you again every law firm should have an employee like her, she made me feel like she really cared!!

In short words they are ABSOLUTELY GREAT!! They took my case when no one else would take it. Even though I had no police report due to the police station getting hacked. I really thought there was nothing else I could do after I was rejected by all these other law firms till I found this Awesome law firm. They will guide you through every step of the way,answer your calls,call you back. There was never a time when I couldn't get a hold of them and if they didn't answer they would call me back that same day not a week later. They always kept me in the loop and called me frequently to give me updates on what was going on and what they were doing. The 2 representatives that patiently worked with me and definitely deserve a raise for going above and beyond were Cortlynn and Kayla. Thank you

When I found myself disposed of by my work due to health issues, I called Oracle, the reviews really worked on me. I'm glad I did. Marina was helping me get everything settled. She was understanding and patient, as I'm sure I was not the most patient client. In the middle of the process I had to leave to be with a family member, but she assured me everything would be taken of. I'm thankful for the support and help. Definitely recommend

What to say that hasn't already been said about Oracle Law Firm, and their staff. Let me see. Courteous, check. Knowledgeable, check. Diligent, check. However, there is one thing that is missing, and that is Corina Estrada. She embodies all that was said, and then some. Attentive, kind, humorous, and overall a great person and asset to Oracle Law Firm. It has been said that sometimes when I call someplace and speak, it's as if my hair is on fire. That's probably true. Simply because to me, I'm my most important person. At a time when everything is so upside down, so unsure, and you are feeling as if you are not seen or heard, it's good to know that when you call Oracle, and talk to to Corina, she sees and hears you. She walks you through everything. Tells you where you are and what to expect. Plus, the things you need to do to to ensure your case is the strongest ever. Such as keeping your doctor's appointments. Keeping them abreast of any changes, and letting them know how you are really feeling. Not just being strong and saying, "Oh, I'm okay." When you're really in lots of pain. I think for me, and probably many more like me, the biggest thing is just not knowing what to expect. It creates anxiety and can lead to depression. When you have someone like Corina to walk you through it, it allows you to breathe. It gives you a sense of peace. It allows you the knowledge to know that you're case is being handled by the best. So, thank you Oracle Law Firm, and kudos to you for having the foresight to add someone as dynamic as Corina Estrada to your team.
