It was August 1st of 2023, when I found myself in the need of "legal" representation. I'd gotten injured on the job and was being given the runaround. I would love to give 5 stars, but I feel that there was a lack of personal attention for the most part. I seldom spoke to the same paralegal twice for over a year, maybe longer. I got passed around quite a bit. I know my case wasn’t a big money maker for you. I searched on line and went with reviews for Oracle. I received terrible service from my employer’s emergency care/ medi center Concentra which lead me to seek an attorney after breaking my arm at work. The treatment I received was abominable. It’s mostly a drug testing center for DOT employees, etc Up to 4 hour waiting time in a packed room, with appointments!!. No doctors, only PA’s or NP’s with limited resources, for the first 18 months.. Anyway after several court appearances where sometimes my employer or Oracle’s attys failed to appear, they settled, after about 28 long months of patiently waiting. It was a fair settlement. More than I was hoping for in the end. A special thank you to Corina, and Alex for their help.

In October of 2023 I experienced a work injury and after two months of dealing with worker’s compensation and the company negligence. I decided to take legal action and mind you I didn’t have a clue about any law firms since this was my first case ever. I called other law firms that were not even interested in what was best for me and once I called Oracle Law firm right away I was attended and felt like my case and situation mattered. From there on I was appointed to Corina Estrada who the the case manager throughout the whole process she made me feel protected and very informative about everything that was going on with my case and guided me the right direction. If I wanted to know any updates she was just a call or email away and would always get back to me as soon as possible. When time came for my defamation she walked me through the process beforehand and was very accurate with the whole process. Overall, while this was a very stressful experience dealing with a company that handle my injury so unprofessional that’s where choosing oracle law firm helped me get the justice that was needed. Thank you Corina for everything and oracle law firm for getting me justice.
