This is the third time I use Mr. Shihadeh for various business transactions. He has prepared for me a sale contracts in the past, both times things were very smooth, relatively quick turn around time and was very professional. I am incredibly grateful and impressed with Irene and her team's work. I had a 64 page document that needed to be reviewed within a very short time frame over the holidays and no other lawyers were taking it on. Irene took on the work very quickly and within a week was able to go through it with me, provide me with lots of guidance, and give me a ton of examples to work through and think about. She was promptly in touch with the other party's lawyer and was always available on short notice to meet and get things over the finish line. Irene helped me finish something that typically takes at least 3 months in just 3 short weeks. I truly don't know what I would have done without her. In addition, I felt that I had very strong representation and a very knowledgeable lawyer behind me. Irene has a ton of experience and she was able to negotiate a deal that was very fair for both parties. Afterwards she provided a very detailed and accurate fee breakdown. Overall I would recommend going to Irene first if you want something done quickly, fairly, and with great attention to detail!!
