John is a very genuine lawyer, who has dedicated his career life to help and assist. He has helped me on many occasions as a recent immigrant to the US. He is a versatile lawyer who can advise and guide you in different fields that any immigrant may face in his/her beginning years, not just on immigration, but also on business contracts, prenup agreements, and employment law. He has always given me thorough answers for my legal concerns, and I highly recommend him and his practice.

John made our sale of business assets so smooth and easy. He has helped us with asset purchase agreement, bill of sale, escrow John helped to make some changes in the agreement that turned in our favor. Overall during the whole process he was in contact with us. Whenever we had any questions or asked to make some changes, he was able to help right away. It was the best experience I ever had in legal matter.

I've worked with Irene in a divorce case and so I have first hand experience. I have nothing, but a positive experience with her. She knows what she is doing and explains things in a clear manner. She takes the time to go over the details and knows beforehand what a client can expect. Definitely an experienced and compassionate attorney.

Originally written on Yelp: Yelp, why do you CONTINUE to remove my review? Why do you continue with this unethical behavior? Immediately after the initial post, she called begging us to remove it. Obviously she monitors these reviews. Next will be a review on Google Maps. Stay away from this lawyer. We've spent OVER $10,000! so far to file for an UNCONTESTED divorce with everything spelled out in detail pertaining to our divorce agreement. Irene's business model is to wait for you to email/call her. In turn, she charges $100 to respond. For almost a year she did nothing but wait for us to initiate the contact, and her response was always the same...we have one more document to sign and submit to the court. This went on month after month. Imagine that...10K! in legal fees for a simple divorce and she still couldn't do something that a paralegal on fixed cost can do for 1/10 of the cost. We ended up having to fire this lawyer; a recommendation from another lawyer who spoke to us pro bono. She'll milk you dry and drag out the process charging you along the way. The final straw was when we contacted her firm to make a change in our filing. They said they will call back, scheduled it, and the appointment came and went with no phone call. Contacted her again and again with no response. After a week of this nonsense, it was time to talk to another lawyer for advice. We've spoken to two separate family law lawyers and they both said we should complain to the American Bar Association. We will.
