I have used Lori three times over the last few years to help me settle disputes without having to go to court. I had a security concern and needed the perpetrator to be warned from a third party to stop harassing me. Then I had a HIPAA violation that took place against me and Lori was the first person I contacted to help with legal correspondence on my behalf. I also had a hostile work environment situation take place against me and once again - Bessler Law to the rescue!!! She has saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees I would have sustained had it not been for the excellent writing skills/demand letters she drafted on my behalf in all three situations. She also prevented me from having to have any communication with others I was in both personal and professional conflict with. Lori Bessler's legal writing skills were immediately successful in the goal I/we were trying to accomplish with just one correspondence letter. I hope I don't have any future disputes needing legal support but if I do Bessler Law will always be my first go. Alana helped out with my marriage settlement agreement in an amicable divorce. We did 5-6 video calls to get everything in order. I believe she was fair and tried to seek common ground between me and my ex. My only complaint is that I had to do project management towards the end to make sure everything was filed around the time my house sold. It took me about 9 months to get divorced from the date of my separation.

Divorces & custody battles suck. But luckily with the help of Alana and her team, they made it as seamless of a process as possible. She guided me along the way of what all had to be done and explained everything step by step. She counseled me about some of the drama I was experiencing and was ultimately very understanding as she is a mother too. Attorney Matthew Palmer along with his team Attorney Sidney Price and Dylan made it possible within weeks to see my son after not see him for over a year with a contentious divorce and spending time and financial resources with two other attorneys who were arrogant and had their own goals, including giving up all custody rights.
