I was looking for DUI defense team and once I called Tiemann Defense, Rolland personally returned call in minutes and he agreed to review the reports I had on hand w/o asking for payment first. I emailed him reports and we discussed the matter briefly within an hour or so. After all, Rolland nicely offered to give them call back if I decide to hire them. I felt like I was talking to someone who want to give me a help w/o pressuring or making me feel any obligations. I called several other firms after and then returned call to Rolland. As we were going thru process it become certain that I made the right choice. I was working w/ Aaron Cadiz for court matters and Mike Lovas for DMV. Mike called me, we discussed and since that moment I almost forgot the DMV side of story exists. Mike handled everything w/ DMV. I did not have to talk to DMV at all and I had no day w/o driver license. Aaron made the most appearances in the court for me. He found a way to keep me out of custody until the hearing and I am sure Aaron worked the best case for me. While working w/ Aaron I was pleasantly surprised that Aaron remembers every detail of all our conversations and he was always extremely clear in guiding me thru process. I am a professional truck driver, Mr. Lovas and his team got my DUI reduced to a reckless driving. And to put the icing on the cake the DMV dropped all charges my license was never suspended.
