After drawing out our landlord's eviction case for eight months, Jason M. Stone lost in epic fashion. Despite official notification from LAHD that the eviction was unlawful, Jason M. Stone pushed the case forward in the hopes that we wouldn't show up to defend our home of 9 years. He and our landlord (Marc Schuller) were laughed out of court. Tenants who receive eviction notices from Stone & Sallus, immediately contact LAHD and make sure the eviction is valid, then seek legal representation. Stone & Sallus will lie through their teeth in an effort to intimidate and harass you. Don't fall for it.

Jason Stone single-handedly changed my view of lawyers. I needed help with a real estate matter that was rather complicated. Stone said to be experienced with [type of] lawyers, the fact is that he fumbled the case and lost to the HOA's lawyer. Overcharged and inflated billable for services not agreed. Unprofessional to the point of prohibiting calling office staff, only to be handled by him. Release agreement wrote to benefit defendant, not his client and case still unsettled.
