Great experience. I have worked with multiple attorneys across various practice areas for business and personal needs (everything from business, to litigation, to employment law, to real estate, to probate, etc), and Jason has been one of the best attorneys I've found. He's diligent about not wasting your time or money, very sharp and knowledgable about laws, and helps both guide you / craft the best course of action and then execute on it. I worked with Jason for 2 years and would recommend them to anyone in the area facing issues with their landlord. I first reached out to Jason when our landlord tried to illegally evict us. We had always paid rent on time, had been good tenants, but our landlord decided that she wanted to relist the house on Airbnb for more money. He was able to keep us in the house for an additional year until we were able to move out by our own accord. Of course our landlord kept our full security deposit and I had to take her to small claims court twice to get our money back, but in the end I was successful. Jason, Evan, and the rest of the office were helpful every step of the way. They handled all the court paperwork and coached us throughout the process. I hope that I don't need Jason's services again, but if I was in a similar position I wouldn't hesitate to call him.
