Mr. Mobasseri took my case when other law offices brushed me off. I had purchased a certified preowned vehicle that had some issues with it that I found out about after I took the vehicle home for a few days. The dealership i bought the vehicle from initially was nice to me and said they would help and take care of me but their attitude quickly changed. I was concerned it may have been a lemon and had no one on my side against a giant vehicle manufacturer. After calling their office, Mr. Mobasseri and his team took care of the rest. In the end I received a very favorable outcome. It was a good feeling having an aggressive, tactful and heavy hitting office on your side. They were awesome and have a lot of experience in their field of work. All I have to say about this whole experience is be patient and trust the process because they know what they are doing.

Feeling like you need to bring lawyers in can be really uncomfortable. In 2017, I purchased a new Mercedes Sprinter. The first time it rained, the heavens opened up inside my family’s van, and every-time thereafter. Mercedes could not fix it. I would soon learn this was a reoccurring challenge with Sprinters…for years! For two years, with no success, I tried to get Mercedes to take care of it. Two years later, we beat Mercedes, June 2021. Not only did Robert win all my money back (including everything put into the vehicle like repairs and registration), but I also won a sweeeeeet civil award on top of reimbursement for all of the ridiculous soaking my wife and kids endured for 4 years EVERY TIME IT RAINED, and the total complacency of the Mercedes Bens Corporation. Robert and “all of his team members,” are professional, diligent, cool, and super accommodating! On my end, all I had to do was be patient…and wow - IT PAID OFF BIG TIME!
